Relationships are essential, so we've streamlined adding contacts to cases. Now you can do it from many different places in the app. It doesn't matter if these people are already in the database or if you need to add them - each time, this action is easy and quick.

At any time, you can check who has been invited to participate in the case team and who has already responded to the invitation. You can also re-send the invitation with one click.

Categorizing cases is even easier - we've added a quick search for topics and categories.
