We added a tool that automatically searches for inconsistencies between customer data in the Legal Plant database and integrated systems (such as PowerfOffice Go or Tripletex). This makes it easy for you to keep things tidy.
Relationships are essential, so we've streamlined adding contacts to cases. Now you can do it from many different places in the app. It doesn't matter if these people are already in the database or if you need to add them - each time, this action is easy and quick.
All emails containing pieces of information about the case can now be grouped under the 'Case messages' tab regardless of which case team member it was addressed to. Thanks to this, everyone working on a given case has access to information, and it is easier to manage it.
